Flank Steak with Chimichurri Sauce Recipe

cup chopped fresh cilantro
cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
cup olive oil (may need less)
cup red wine vinegar
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 shallot, chopped
1 jalapeno, chopped
pinch of kosher salt
1, 2-2 lb flank steak

Add all ingredients except flank steak into a blender and pulse until all ingredients are mixed well. Taste and add more salt if necessary.

Grill flank steak until rare to medium-rare. Slice thinly against the grain.

Serve sauce with flank steak.
