2 2/3 cup white granulated sugar
2 2/3 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
In the inner pot of Instant Pot add water and sugar.
Turn on Instant Pot on manual/pressure cook mode (high), 15 mins. Close the lid, vent sealed.
Let pressure release naturally, around 10 mins. Carefully open the Instant Pot lid.
Let the sugar syrup come to a room temperature.
Note: Do not add lemon juice while the syrup is HOT!!
Once the sugar syrup is completely cool down, add the lemon juice. Mix well.
In a clean, dry, airtight glass bottle store the lemonade into the refrigerator for upto a month.

How to make Lemonade using Homemade Lemonade Concentrate:
To make an individual serving, mix 2 TBSP of Lemonade Concentrate with 3/4 cup of cold water, stir and add ice as desired.
Note: Adjust the taste by adding more or less lemonade concentrate as per taste.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Strain the juice using a fine mesh strainer. You may use little or no pulp depending upon your taste.

For stove top cooking, follow the same steps as discussed in the recipe. Bring the mixture to a boil stirring occasionally to prevent any sugar from sticking to the pot. Once the mixture comes to a boil and sugar is completely dissolved, reduce the heat to medium-low and cook the sugar syrup for 10-15 mins or until the sugar syrup changes color to light amber. Rest of the steps remain the same as Instant Pot.
