4 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 sweet onion, thinly sliced into rings
1 tsp coarse sea salt
½ cup of light sour cream
¼ cup of fresh dill, chopped
2 T vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and thinly slice cucumber. Sprinkle salt on onions and cucumbers, let drain. Toss. Let stand for an hour. Dry cucumbers and onions with paper towels. Mix sour cream, dill, vinegar, black pepper, and sugar. Add the cucumbers and onions and toss until coated. Cover and place in the fridge until ready to serve.
