2 large cans of pineapple chunks (packed in own juice)
drain & reserve liquid.'
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 ½ cups sugar (or less)
1 T flour
1 stick of butter, melted
Ritz Crackers (1 or 2 stacks) crumbled coarsely

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and flour, add pineapple and cheese. Stir until coated. Pour ½ cup of juice over and stir. Spread out in the pan and cover with Ritz Crackers. Pour melted butter over top and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
