For the Chicken

2 large eggs
1 TBS minced garlic
1 tsp dry parley
Salt and pepper to season
3 large chicken breasts halved horizontally to make 6 fillets
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
1 tsp salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup parmesan cheese 1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup olive oil for frying

Sauce Use Rao's Maranara sauce

For the topping:8 oz mozzarella cheese.1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil

Instructions: For the chicken Preheat oven to 450degrees.Lightly, set aside.
wisk together rest of ingredients,, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for at least 15 min.
