2 c. Flour
2 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Soda
½ tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
½ c. Oil
1 20 oz. can Pineapple, crushed with juice

**Topping**
5½ oz. can Evaporated Milk
1 stick Butter
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Coconut
1 c. Pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 11x7 cake pan.
Mix together flour, sugar, soda and salt. In another bowl combine eggs, oil and can of pineapple. Combine the 2 mixtures together pour into baking pan and bake for 25 minutes.
**Topping**
In sauce pan combine evaporated milk, butter and sugar until it comes to a boil. Boil for 10-12 minutes. Stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add coconut and chopped pecans. Spread over warm cake **GOOD**
