1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup non-dairy butter (we called it Bubba butter because our son “Bubba” was allergic to dairy for several years.)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp water
1 1/2 tsp oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp cream of tartar
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, non-dairy butter and water. Mix rest of ingredients in a separate bowl then combine everything together. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes.
