3 C warm water
7 C flour
8 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp Fermipan yeast
2 eggs
6 Tbsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast with 4 C of flour and set aside. In a large bowl, whip water, sugar, eggs, and oil. Now add the flour and yeast mixture, blend well. Add the rest of the flour and salt. Let rise for 15 minutes, punch down and let rise another 15 minutes. Punch down and form into rolls. Place in greased pan and let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 350°F for 15-18 minutes. Yields 4 dozen buns.
