1 c warm water (70º-80º)
1 T honey
1 T butter, softened
3 T wheat germ
2 T mash potato flakes
1 T nonfat mashed potato flakes
1 T flaxseed, ground up
1 T poppy seeds
1 T sesame seeds
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 c whole wheat flour
1 c bread flour
1/4 c hazelnuts, chopped
1 1/2 tsp dry active yeast
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast

Directions:
Directions:
In the bread machine, place all ingredients in the order suggested by manufacturer. Choose crust color and loaf size if available. Bake according to bread machine directions, (check dough 5 minutes after mixing starts); add 1-2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed.
