2 1/2 cups biscuit/baking mix
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. ranch salad dressing
1 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 450º.

In a large bowl, combine 2 1/2 cups biscuit/baking mix, 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 1 tsp garlic powder and 1 t. ranch salad dressing mix. Stir 1 cup buttermilk just until moistened. Drop by T. onto greased baking sheets. Bake 6 to 8 minutes, until golden brown. While baking, combine 1 stick melted butter, 1/2 tsp ranch salad dressing mix and 1/4 tsp pepper. Brush onto baked biscuit tops.

Makes 1 dozen
