1stick margarine
7 eggs , separated
7 oz. chocolate chips
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

1 carton dessert whip
4 tbsp. confectioners' sugar

Use: small saucepan
1 tube or spring form pan
or an aluminum tin lined with parchment paper and 2 crossed strips of paper that overhang the tin. This will enable you to take out the cake

Beat egg whites with 1/4 cup sugar, set aside.

In small saucepan melt chocolate chips and margarine. Let cool.

Beat yolks with remaining sugar and vanilla. Add chocolate chip mixture to yolk mixture and mix well. Fold in egg whites.

Pour half of the mixture into the greased pan.

Bake 30 min at 350º

Refrigerate remaining half of the chocolate mixture. When the cake is cooled, pour it onto the cooled cake.

Freeze the cake and mouse for a few hours prior to serving.
