3 pound chicken - cut up
1 teas. salt
teas. pepper
teas. paprika
6 T. butter or margarine
1 can (14 ounce) artichoke hearts - drained
pound mushrooms - sliced
2 T. flour
⅔ cup chicken broth (or more)
3 T. sherry
teas. dried rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
* Preheat oven to 375
* Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, paprika
* Brown in 4 T. and remove to a covered casserole dish
* Arrange artichoke hearts between the chicken pieces
* Melt remaining butter in the pan and saute sliced mushrooms until barely tender
* Sprinkle flour over the mushrooms and stir in broth, sherry, and rosemary
* Cook, stirring until slightly thickened then pour over chicken and artichokes
* Cover and bake for 40 minutes or until chicken is tender
