¾ c. sugar
½ c. Bisquick baking mix
2 T. butter
1 (13oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 (16oz.) can pumpkin
2½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Preheat oven 350º
Lightly grease pie pan
Beat all ingredients until smooth 1-2 minutes
Pour into pie pan
Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean
50-55 minutes
Garnish with whipped cream
