Ingredients:  
3 Cups Peanut oil
Electric Fondue pot

Filet mignon cut into cubes
Dipping Sauces (see Sauce recipes)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Recommended to use an electric fondue pot because you have better heat control.

2) Cut filet into cubes

3) Prepare dipping sauces

4) Heat oil in Fondue pot to pots recommended setting for oil.

5) Set up with raw meat servings on individual plates and plate for cooked meat and dipping sauces at each place setting.

6) Cook meat with separate fork from what you eat it with.

7) Enjoy!
