Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1/2 cup chopped onions
12 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
1/3 cup chopped bacon

Brown these together

ADD:
1 1/4 qts. chicken stock
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white ground pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme

ADD and SIMMER:
1 lb. red potatoes, peeled, diced
15 oz. frozen cut corn

2 oz. butter
2 tbls. flour

In a seperate pan, melt butter, add flour, mix.
1 qt. Half & Half, add to flour mixture. Using a whisk, whisk until smooth.
Add to soup and cook on medium for 10minutes.
