- frozen or fresh salmon
- jasmine rice
- fresh brussel sprouts
- olive oil
- everything but the bagel seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
- pre-heat oven to 375
- remove salmon from packaging and place on pan
- bake for 28 mins
- measure out rice and pour into rice cooker
- add water to the rice
- turn rice cooker to cook
- cut your brussel sprouts and place them in a pan
- add oil and cook on med-high temperature
- add everything but the bagel seasoning once they are cooked
- server and enjoy!
