1/2 cup ketchup
1-1/2 teaspoons Bar B Que sauce
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 pounds ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well with your hands. Place in loaf pan and bake 30-40 minutes at 400F. Let cool in pan 10 minutes then remove.
