1 -1.5 ounce envelope of fajita mix
½ cup water
2 T oil
12 ounces of skinless, boneless chicken
1 medium yellow pepper sliced
1 small zucchini biased sliced
½ small onion
⅔ cup salsa
1 t chili powder
½ cup corn
½ can black beans rinsed and drained
8 flour tortillas
shredded cheese
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade chicken in mixing bowl in the fajita mix, water and oil. Let stand for 15 minutes. Spray wok and add the veggies- cook 2-3 minutes and remove. Drain chicken and add to the hot wok. Stir fry until no longer pink. Add veggies and add the rest. Cook and serve in a tortilla.
