white or yellow cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
15 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
12 oz. container of Cool Whip
coconut
slivered almonds if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake according to instructions on package. Bake in jelly-roll pan or cookie sheet with sides, sprayed with Pam. When done, poke holes in top of hot cake with meat fork. Pour one can sweetened condensed milk over top. Let cool. Spread on can of crushed pineapple, well drained spread evenly on top of cake. Frost with container of Cool Whip. Top with shedded coconut and slivered almonds if desired. Keep in refrigerator covered until served.
