1 tsp ginger
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/4 cup flour
8 pork chops
1 tbsp shortening
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ginger, salt, pepper, paprika, and flour. Coat both sides of each pork chop with this mixture. Melt the shortening in a skillet. Add the chops, and cook over a very low flame until the meat is brown on both sides. Pour in pineapple juice and vinegar. Sprinkle chops with brown sugar. Simmer in skillet for forty minutes. This recipe serves four persons.
