1 cup crisco
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp butternut flavoring
4 eggs

Frosting:
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup milk
2 egg yolks
2/3 stick butter
1 cup coconut
1 tsp butternut flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Cream crisco and sugar together until light. Add eggs. Beat 1 minute at high speed. Add 1 cup flour, beating for 1 minute. Add remaining flour alternately with milk. Add flavoring and bake in tube cake pan for 1 hour at 325 degrees, then turn up oven to 350 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes or until golen brown.

Frosting:
Beat egg yolks until smooth. Add sugar, milk and butter, and cook on medium high heat, stirring constantly. Add flavoring. Cool. Spread on cake. Sprinkle coconut on cake.
