2 15oz cans Artichoke Hearts, chopped (I use the food processor and chop slightly)
3/4 c Italian Bread Crumbs
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/4 c Italian Cheese
1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Make salad dressing as directed on package, except just use vinegar and olive oil. Mix remaining ingredients until well blended.

The seasoning in the salad dressing will settle. Do not shake. Pour off some of the olive oil until you have oil and seasoning. Add this to the artichoke mixture until moist, but not saturated. Mix well. Chill and serve with crackers.
