2 Eggs, beaten
16 oz Elbow Macaroni, cooked in salted water for 7 minutes and drained
8 oz Milk
2 Tablespoons Butter (for skillet)
2 Tablespoons Flour (for skillet)
1/2 Teaspoon Lawry's Seasoning Blend©
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 Cup Butter, melted
1 Small Block Mexican Velveeta Cheese©, cut into little cubes
3 Cups Shredded Mexican Cheese
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 Teaspoon Dried Onions
1 Teaspoon Mustard

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix butter and flour into a skillet together for about 5 minutes on low. Save 1/2 Cup of Cheddar Cheese. Add other ingredients to large bowl. Mix all ingredients in bowl except for noodles. Cook noodles in salted water following directions on box. Drain and mix noodles with cheese mixture. After mixing together, pour into greased 8 inch square pan. Sprinkle saved cheese on top and place in oven. Cook for 1 hour or until begins to slightly brown. Remove from oven to cool.
