1 cup Balsamic vinegar
1 cup red vinegar
½ cup brown sugar
8 cloves garlic sliced thin
Directions:

Peel garlic and slice thin. Place oil in pan and heat. Ass garlic and cook until brown. Mix together vinegar and sugar. Scoop out garlic slices. Add vinegar mixture to oil and blend -- boil to obtain a caramel color.
