1 T. butter
1 1/4 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 (10 ¾ oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp.ground red pepper
1/3 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
4 c. medium egg noodles, cooked and drained (about half of a 12 oz. package)

Heat the butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides. Stir the soup, paprika and red pepper in the skillet with the chicken and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
