1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
3 cups oatmeal
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together, pour in 8 x 8 inch cake pan. Bake at 350ºF for 30 to 40 minutes.

Variation:
Add 1 cup chocolate chips, M & M's, nuts, cinnamon, 1/2 cup peanut butter or drizzle with maple syrup.
