3 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 cups of evaporated milk
1 tbsp butter
2 tsp vanilla
4 - 6 bananas
Box of vanilla wafers
Whipping cream or cool whip

Directions:

Add to a saucepan:
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 cups of evaporated milk
Cook until thickened

Once thick, remove from heat and add 1 tbsp of butter and 2 tsp vanilla. Mix well. Then cool.

Pour the cooled pudding over sliced bananas and vanilla wafers.
Top with whipped cream. (She always used cool whip).
