1 stick Margarine
1 c. Sugar
1 can Hershey's Syrup
4 Eggs
1 c. Flour
½ tsp. Vanilla

**Topping**
1½ c. Sugar
1 stick Margarine
⅓ c. Evaporated Milk
½ c. Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Grease a jelly roll pan.
Mix 1 stick margarine, 1 c. sugar and Hershey's syrup. Add eggs 1 at a time. Add flour and vanilla. Pour into jelly roll pan and bake 30 minutes.

**Topping**
Combine 1½ c. sugar, 1 stick margarine and evaporated milk over low heat until it boils. Boil for 1 minute. Take off heat, add chocolate chips and stir. Spread on brownies right away.
