Ingredients:  
3 oz. Cream Cheese
¼-½ tsp. flavoring (vanilla, almond, mint, etc.)
2½ c. Confectioner's Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Knead cream cheese, flavoring and confectioner's sugar together until the consistency of pie dough. Roll into marble size balls. Dip into granulated sugar. Press into candy molds. Unmold immediately. Place on wax paper and let air dry for about 2 hours. Store in an air tight container with wax paper between layers.
