2 tbsp. Hot Water
1 pkg. Yeast
1⅓ c. Warm Water
⅓ c. Brown Sugar
4-5 c. Flour
Coarse Kosher Salt
Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in hot water. Add warm water and brown sugar. Add flour slowly and knead. Roll out and shape into pretzels. Boil 2 cups water and place 2 tbsp. baking soda in water. Lower pretzels in for 30 seconds. Place on greased, salted cookie sheet and bake at 475º for 8 minutes.
