1 roll Ritz Crackers, crushed
1 stick Butter
2 cans Mixed Vegetables, drained
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 med Onion, finely chopped
1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 can Water Chestnuts
1 cup Mayonnaise (DO NOT SUBSTITUTE)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º. Mix vegetables, soup, onion, mayo, water chestnuts and cheese. Pour into casserole dish. Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter. Spread over veggie mixture and bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
