2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese (room temperature)
1 (8 1/2 oz) crushed pineapple (well drained)
2 cups chopped pecans (finely chopped)
1/4 cup green pepper (chopped)
2 tsp onions (chopped)
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put salt and cheese in bowl and mix. Add other ingredients except for 1 cup pecans. Make into ball (will be soft). Refrigerate to stiffen mixture, about 1 hour. Roll in reserved pecans. Serve with your favorite crackers, chips, etc..
