2 c. Bisquick
1 large package flavored taco chips
2 lbs. hamburger
1 medium onion chopped
2 cans enchilada sauce or taco sauce
1 can mushroom soup
c. milk
shredded cheese
tomato chopped
lettuce chopped
sour cream

Line bottom of 9x13" pan with Bisquick or pizza crust (follow directions on box then roll out crust). Crush taco chips and sprinkle half of the bag over crust. Brown hamburger and onion and then add enchilada or taco sauce and mushroom soup. Put hamburger mixture over crushed taco chips and sprinkle shredded cheese over top of the hamburger. Spread remaining chips over this. Pour c. milk on top. Bake -1 hour at 350. Serve with chopped tomato, lettuce and sour cream.
