4 c. diced, boiled, and drained yellow squash
1 c. diced and cooked onion
1 c. diced and cooked green pepper
¼ c. butter
4 c. dried bread broken into pieces
½ tsp. poultry seasoning
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 stalks chopped and cooked celery
½ c. chopped toasted pecans

Directions:

Mash together squash and butter, then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix until well coated. Bake at 350ºF for 1½ hours.
