8 ounce to 1 pound cheddar cheese
8 ounce to 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese
1 small can Ortega chilies
1 small can canned milk
2 tablespoons flour
1 egg
1 can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place cheddar cheese on bottom of casserole dish. Add the chilies. Place Monterey Jack cheese on top of that. Mix the canned milk with flour and egg. Pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Then pour the tomato sauce over the top and bake 10 more minutes.
