1/2 cup sweet butter, at room temperature
4 egg yolks
2 T lemon juice
Dash white pepper
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Stir butter until creamy. Alternate between lemon juice and egg yolk, adding one teaspoon at a time, stirring continually until nice and creamy. Add salt and pepper.

Serve with asparagus, broccoli, etc.
