6-9 medium potatoes cooked and grated
2 packages Schilling sour cream (also can use stroganoff seasoning packets)
1 cup grated cheese
1-2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 cup ham fried and diced
1/4 cup butter melted
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream mixes with water (not milk). Combine potatoes, sour cream, soup, cheese, onion and ham. Top with butter and corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until warm.
