5 c. old fashioned oats
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 t. cinnamon
2/3 c. melted butter
2/3 c. honey
2 t. vanilla

Stir all dry ingredients together in a turkey roaster size
pan. Mix together butter, ohoney and vanilla in a glass
measuring bowl and heat in microwave just until butter
is melted. Mix thoroughly. Pour over all dry ingredients
and mix well. Bake in hot oven at 325 degrees, for 30
minutes. Cool. Break into small pieces and store in air
tight container.
