¾ cup butter, softened
½ cup sugar
1 large egg
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp. salt
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cu[ (6-oz.) chocolate chips
confectioners’ sugar
Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Combine the flour and salt; stir into creamed mixture. Fold in nuts and chips. Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on un-greased baking sheets. Bake at 350º for 15-2 minutes. Cool cookies slightly before rolling in confectioners’ sugar.
