1 cup of currants
1 cup of chopped pitted dates
1 cup of sunflower seeds
⅔ cup of chopped pecans
½ cup of golden raisins
3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup of honey
1 cup of confectioners' sugar for dusting

Directions:
Directions:
In the container of a food processor or blender, combine the dates, sunflower seeds, pecans, raisins, and cocoa powder.

Transfer to a bowl and stir in honey. With a melon ball scoop, shape into 1-inch balls, and roll in confectioners' sugar. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
