Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 lb potatoes
2 large or three medium yellow onions
3 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
Chicken stock
Garlic to taste
Blend of salt and favorite herbs including rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dice up potatoes into medium-size chunks and add just enough chicken stock to boil potatoes.
2. Dice onions and cook along with herbs, garlic, and salt.
3. Add cut chicken to onions and cook together. Don't worry if chicken is not fully cooked, it will finish cooking with potatoes.
4. When potatoes are becoming soft, add chicken and onions.
5. When the largest chunks of potato are soft, gently mash soup together so that there are still intact chunks, but the mashed potatoes help thicken the rest of the soup.
6. Taste test and add salt or herbs as needed. If still bland tasting, a scoop or two of Better Than Bouillon® is a great way of adding flavor.
