1 lb. Velveeta, cut into chunks
1/2 cup regular or non-alcoholic beer
1/2 to 1 tsp. red pepper sauce
Baked pita chips, tortilla chips, or crackers for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Heat cheese and beer in a 3-quart saucepan over medium- low heat, stirring evenly constantly, until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in pepper sauce. Serve warm with chips or crackers.
