1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. flour
1 egg beaten seperately
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 T. flour
1 T. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
nuts - if desired

Mix all the main ingredients together and spread into a 8" pan.
Mix the topping ingredients together and sprinkle onto the top of the cake.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 min.
