2 c flour
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
2 lg eggs, divided
1⅔ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
⅓ cup butter, melted

Add-ins: chopped pecans, chocolate chips, blueberries,
Add-ons: fresh fruit, or jam, or hot fried apples,
whipped cream, (or the normal stuff like butter/syrup)!

Whisk dry ingredients together.
Beat egg whites in a separate bowl.
Mix together egg yolks, milk, butter and vanilla.
Add egg mix to flour mix. Stir just to combine.
Carefully fold in egg whites.
Pour onto & cook in heated waffle iron.
