1- 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 t. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 can (8 1/2oz) pineapple, drained
3 c. flour
2 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1/4 t. baking powder
1-1/2 t. cinnamon
3/4 t. nutmeg

optional 1 c. raisins and/or nuts

Mix all together and Bake 350 for one hour.
