Ingredients:  
1 lemon instant pudding
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups milk

In a bowl, stir in 8 oz cream cheese until very soft. Blend in 1/2 c. milk until smooth. Add another 1-1/2 c. milk with the lemon instant pudding. Beat with beater 1 minute. Pour at once into 9 in. cremb crust. Chill.
