1½ cups flour
3/4 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
1 cup lemon yogurt
1/3 cup canola oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and soda. In a small bowl, combine egg, yogurt, oil, and lemon juice. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Enjoy!
