2 cups brown rice flakes*
1 cup quinoa flakes*
1/2 cup buckwheat* * or equivalent G/F oats
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cu pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup hemp hearts
1 cup sliced almonds
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup apple juice (or melted coconut oil)
1/2 cup honey

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the dry ingredients together.
Combine apple juice and honey.
Stir liquids into dry ingredients until coated.
Place on a parchament lined tray and bake in 350F oven for 20 minutes. Stir a few times during baking.

Personal Notes:
This granola will be a little crispier if you use the oil instead of the apple juice. Your choice depends on your preference for sugar versus fat.

If you use all apple juice, turn the oven temperature to 325 and bake for 30 minutes, checking after 20.
