PREPARATION
1 Tbsp ground paprika
2 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp minced garlic
½ tsp cayanne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
6 top loin steaks (or any steak you like)
1 bunch asparagus
2 Tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

TO COOK
2 bags frozen mashed potato steamer

TO ASSEMBLE
1. Put paprika, thyme, garlic, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper in a zip lock bag - remove excess air as you zip lock the bag - squish the ingredients to mix together
2. Cut steak into 2" pieces - add to bag - squish the ingredients to mix
3. Trim woody ends of asparagus and discard - place asparagus in another zip lock bag - add olive oil and salt and pepper - zip lock bag and squish to mix

TO COOK
1. Use cooking oil spray akarge baking sheet - broil 4-8 min until desired doneness
2. Cook mashed potatoes according to directions on pkg
