12 oz egg noidles uncooked
2 tsp olive oil
1¼ lbs (90% lean)
1 onion finely chopped
22# tsp minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
16 oz can tomato sauce
15 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbls chopped parsley
Cooking spray

Directions:
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil - add egg noodles - cook according to pkg directions
2. Preheat oven to 400º
3. Use cooking spray to coat a 9" x 13" baking pan
3. While noodles are cokking, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
4. Add ground beef to the pan and cook for 4-5 min - break up meat with spatula
5. Add onions and garlic to pan and cook for an additional 5 min or until onion hss softened and the beef is cooked through - season with salt and pepper to taste
6. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning to the beef - stir to combine
7. Drain noodles and add to pan with beef - toss to combine
8. Pour beef and noodles mixture into a sprayed 9"X13' baking pan - top with cheddar cheese
9. Bake for 10-15 min or until cheese is melted
10. Sprinkle with parsley and serve
